Risk management in a bank is required which has been governed by regulations to maintain its existence in the increasingly fierce competition. Banks must manage any risks and to mitigate the adverse effects that may occur. Risks facing the bank is always a credit risk because it is the main business banks. To manage credit risk information required to accurately and quickly based on historical data. Bank BPD DIY is a growing regional banks that form a historical data management system to meet the needs of credit risk management. However, historical data is not held in one single system thus have difficulty accessing and collecting data whenever management needs some information. This has an impact on the integrity and speed of obtaining information are low. This research is trying to develop a credit risk management data warehouse that can meet the needs of management with waterfall system development methods. The final results of this research is a data warehouse used to aid the tasks of credit risk management, even to other benefits purposes to the bank.
