Summary:The ojective of this paper are to analize the external and internal environment of PT. Arnott�s Indonesia that operates as biscuit manufacturer in Indonesia. The analysis on this paper will be used to determine strategic opportunities and threats from external environment as well as to identify strenghts and weaknesses of the company. The Paper was concluded by using value chain analysis that distinctive competencies are identified as economic of scales, backward integrated and strong distribution network. Then, by using five forces analysis, captured that key success factors are identified as human resources, direct materials availabiliy, economic of scale, quality management, good marketing ability and intelligence, strong distribution network. These values are to have a target of trust and loyality customers. Understanding of relationship between key success factors dan distictive competencies that cost leadership and differentiation strategic shall be implemented in PT. Arnott�s Indonesia, to achieve a competitiveness and profitability.
