One of the routine financial activity that has a big potential and sometimes forgotten by the management is how the company can manage its liquid capital or in other word cash management. One of the important basics information in managing the company�s cash management is to know the cash position of the company dan how the company can maximise a return in form of interest dan minimize its cost that occurred from those cash position transactions. Cash Management method that a company can use is by using a Cash Pooling methods. The authors performed an evaluation and a comparison analysis towards the cash management with the Cash Pooling done by PT. HM. Sampoerna, Tbk that has been on going currently with Notional Cash Pooling either with other method of Cash Pooling like Sweeping Pooling by using the company�s database from 2008. Based on the research result, it is concluded that the best Cash Management solution by using Cash Pooling is to still use the Notional Cash Pooling method which the calculation resulted a lower cost on interest and a higher interest income.
