Description
Summary:Equitable distribution of income cant created by simply doing the injection on manufacturing sector or service sector, but also must be directed to agricultural sector, because agriculture is believed have the most impact on increasing peoples income, especially those in rural area. In addition, agricultural sector has the highest association with increased production in other sectors, so development of the agricultural sector provides the greatest impact on value added. The purpose of this study is to analyze impact of various economic policy simulations in the agricultural sector to the distribution of income among household groups. Economic policies that are used in this simulation is the investment policyand land reform policy. This study uses SAM (Social Accounting Matrix) and paired t test. By using multiplier analysis known that the most of global pressure received by household agricultural entrepreneurs. From the estimation result, although injection of investment can increase the income of each household but share the income level of each household does not indicate a change, both before and after injection. This is also supported by result of paired t test, where in each simulation significantly accept H0, which means the distribution of household income among groups before and after the investment is no different. While injection of land reform can improve and change the share of income from each household. This is suppoted by result of paired t test, where in each simulation is significantly reject H0, which means the distribution of household income among groups before and after the land reform differently.
