applied throughout the existing department. E-learning system that has been
implemented is a web based custom development Learning Management System
(LMS). Since the implementation, formal study on the readiness of
resources (students, lecturers, and staffs) involved, so it�s not known to what extent
the utilization of e-learning in UMBY. Therefore, it�s necessary to evaluate the elearning
system, to get recommendations for further the development of the elearning.
