Summary: | In this thesis, a mathematical model consisting of two system is designed.
One system is the model with four state variables: uninfected cells, infected cells,
free virus and cytotoxic cells, which represent the viral dynamics in hepatitis B virus
infection during the interferon therapy. The other system is the model proposed by
Nowak which describes the viral dynamics in hepatitis B virus infection after
stopping the interferon treatment. The system was investigated for looking the basic
