Patients who were admitted to the PICU is patients with a severe degree of illness, so they need an objective parameter to determine the subsequent investigation, determine treatment and prognosis as well as educating people with the disease in the family. Related to prognosis, predictors need to know what factors related to mortality. PRISM III score on the assessment of the first 24 hours can be used for the above purposes. A cohort study, the required sample was 52, who were admitted to PICU RSUP dr Sardjito. The results of data collection is done by analyzing the 17 variables in the PRISM III by linear regression of the dependent variable with each dependent variable. Analysis followed by multiple logistic regression of predictors of influential factors. Cutt off point of PRISM III score is calculate also.
