The objective of this research was to prove that In House Training can improve the basic quality of teacher�s entrepreneurship at SMK Piri Sleman Yogyakarta. The research method used was school action research in which the researher involved all teachers at SMK PIRI Sleman in academic years 2011- 2012. The assessment tools used was a questionere. This research was conducted in two cycles. The factors observed in this research was In House Training and its result toward the improvement of basic quality of teacher�s entrepreneurship. The assesment was conducted when teachers were involved In House Training. The result of of this research showed that there was significant influence of In House Training towards the improvement of the basic quality of teacher�s entrepreneurship at SMK PIRI Sleman, it was proven by the score t count was 13.701 > t tabel 2,018.
