| Summary: | This study aims to determine the implementation of the concept of Corporate Social
Responsibility (CSR) in a limited liability company law in the PT. Djarum in Kudus,
the obstacle that arise in the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility
(CSR) and effort is being made to overcome the obstacle.
The study was using methods of qualitative analysis of data obtained are selected or
sorted based on the quality and truth then systematically compiled and analyzed by
the method of deductive reasoning which is then drawn conclusions to answer the
problem.
The results of this study indicate that there are three pillars of the implementation of
the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility in PT. Djarum in Kudus namely:
Bhakti Djarum Sports, Djarum Bhakti Education, Bhakti Djarum Environment. The
barriers experienced by PT. Djarum in Kudus in implementing Corporate Social
Responsibility are the lack of talented candidates especially badminton athletes to
become the world�s top athletes, the higher education is still not willing to accept the
program of activities ranging from tobacco companies to sponsor scholarships, for the
help plant seeds there are multiple locations / villages who felt unfairly treated in
terms of the number of tree seedlings assistance. While efforts are being made to
overcome these barriers for searching talented athletes is conducted in cooperation
with the Board PBSI Kudus Districts to establish Early Childhood Club, held
Regional Tournament and the Multi District 3 tournament of the year, hold a warmhearted
and discussion on any scholarship ceremony, and provide counseling to the
villages that will receive assistance also plant seeds of the surrounding villages by
involving NGOs so that no jealousy. |
