Since 1998, after the country regained meaningful peace and stability, Cambodia started to join international community. Since then, a lot of progress has been made in social and economic development. With the improved ICT facility and market, more and more people start to have access to computer and internet. The trend of computer and internet use has been shifted from work-oriented to entertainment, social network, and communication. This study will look at the extent to which high school students use the computer and internet, their purposes for using it, their perception of their level of computer skills and internet application knowledge, and their attitude toward computer and internet use. Due to the limited number of study in Cambodia related to computer and internet use among children under 18, the findings of this study would help inform about the current trend of computer and internet use among high school students, so that certain measures can be set by relevant educational stakeholders.enRoyal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP)ICT improvementThe use of computer and internet among high school students: a case study in Angkor High School in Siem Reap provinceTechnical Report |
