The number of selected sample included 136 high school teachers in Siem Reap Province selected by using purposive random sampling technique. A survey instrument was developed for the purpose of collecting data for this study. The survey instrument was a 5 level rating scale questionnaire with was prepared with expert advice. The hypotheses were tested by using independent samples t-test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), and Scheffe method was used to compare each pair of the aspects.
