They also develop the training environment including curriculum, teaching and learning strategies for teacher trainees. Furthermore, they develop a plan for the continuing education of teachers and for the in-service self-learning of all institutional professional staffs. Next, they enhance and expand linkages with the national and international education community to ensure the long term sustainability of the development of the institution.
