The case law analysis is merely confined to the Malaysian precedents and the analogy of human capital earning is used by the writers to justify the possibility of claims in all types of future earnings as matrimonial property. 2014-12 Article PeerReviewed text en http://eprints.unisza.edu.my/4873/1/FH02-FLAIR-15-03142.pdf Zuhairah Ariff, Abd Ghadas and Norliah, Ibrahim (2014) Rights Of Future Interest As Matrimonial Property: Special Reference To Earning Capacity.
