Description
Summary:Technology in education has been widely applied at all educational levels and this is increasing year-by-year. The evolution of technology leads to the implementation of e-learning in the teaching and learning process. Meanwhile the combination of face to face and e-learning, known as blended learning, has received special attention lately. Hence, this study would like to investigate the students’ readiness for blended learning based on differences in gender and between programmes. This quantitative research used a questionnaire as the instrument. The questionnaires were distributed to 248 students. The findings indicate that there was no significant correlation between readiness and gender. Similar results were recorded where the differences between programmes did not affect students' readiness.
