Description
Summary:Attention to what the Muslim scholars have unanimously studied and applied it increases the reunification of the Muslim’s. There is no doubt that a Muslim who adheres to his religion on the approach of the nation’s ancestor clings to what the Muslim scholars agreed on, without narration and hesitation, except that the nature of the consensus - in the non-prolonged books composed for that often - requires a summary with which it is not possible to focus on the point of agreement of some writers sometimes, so some readers think that some consensus are merely claims, supported by finding a few consensus in their books that have not been proven before the scientific investigation; For this reason, the two researchers are trying to present a study of some of the issues mentioned in the book "The Basis in Interpretation", which was judged by the author - Sheikh Saeed Hauwa - that it was among what scholars agreed upon, and the researchers limited themselves to studying what was stated in the interpretation in only one formula, which is his saying. There is a consensus on it. "The researchers found this in only five issues, and this is to prove the sheikh's scruple and his retention. The paper holds eleven points of discussion, after the introduction, and then followed conclusion with the findings.
