This research has determined the relationship between independent variables and dependent variable. In this research, a quantitative approach was applied, with a sample size of 345 are user of QR payment. The survey involved the participation of 345 respondents in this research and all were successfully collected. The descriptive analysis, reliability test, and multiple regression analysis are obtained by SPSS software.
