These crimes have resulted in publics fear and have to live in unhealthy life. Thus this thesis is the initiatives to discover ways to help the Malaysia Royal Police to capture these wanted people and to find ways to wide spread the information about crime awareness and discover a suitable platform to encourage citizens to help Malaysia Royal Police to reduce crime in Malaysia.
