Besides that, other concerns such as inadequate equipment and safety hazard ofdatabase handling are also deterring the effectiveness of the reporting process. An online reporting is aimed to provide an alternative approach in implementing automate database data into forecasting where staff can participate interactively and experience interactive online database system. Besides that, this project will also lift the limitations faced by the traditional compiling database work. The targeted user for this project ranges from staffs up to superintendents and managers. The reporting contents were constructed based on basic and simple online reporting that will provide users with the understanding of the database compilation. Meanwhile, the development of the online reporting system is using Microsoft Excel, Manage Engine OpUtils and the World Wide Web technology as the platform. Usability aspect of the system is also given priority in order to develop a user-friendly environment. RAD development methodology was followed in the development of the whole system that ensures effective design process takes place by giving users what they need. By integrating proven methodologies, interactive multimedia application and web technology, the online reporting provides a whole new level of reporting.
