In order to setup this test, several accessories were fabricated, such as test specimens, clevis, integral knife edges, and gage beam. The test specimens, clevis, integral knife edges and gage beam fabrication were done at UTP’s Manufacturing Lab using conventional lathe and milling machines, electric discharge machining wire cut and other manufacturing tools and methods.
