| Summary: | As technology advances, the world becomes more interconnected, and a fast-paced environment creates new challenges for the workforce. The challenges are exacerbated for women from underprivileged backgrounds. With this in mind, this module aims to improve the employability knowledge and skills of women from B40 communities, single households, and domestic violence victims in Malaysia who are shouldering the obligation to care for their families. This module focuses on Bahasa Melayu and English language competencies, soft skills, information literacy, digital literacy, and entrepreneurial components that are crucial to preparing women for the employment world. The module can be used as a valuable resource for women, family and development-related agencies, trainers and textbook developers to configure best alternatives to boost women's productivity at work and make them more competitive in Malaysia and other similar contexts where the job market is changing. |
