Employing a quantitative survey approach and examining various facets of this phenomenon, including influencing factors, challenges, perceptions of conflict, and strategies for balance, this research aims to provide a nuanced understanding of the work-family interface. By directly incorporating the voices and experiences of working Malaysian Muslim women, this study sheds light on the intricate nature of their efforts to harmonise professional and family roles.
