To collect the data, a questionnaire was developed from the process of adaptation and adoption of a few sets of questionnaires, solicited the information on the types of communication in decision-making skills. The target population of this study was undergraduate students of International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). The respondents of the study were chosen by convenience sampling method as the nature of this study is based on quantitative research study. Therefore, the questionnaire items were based on Likert-scale as well as multiple choice questions (MCQ). It was then analyzed by using Cronbach’s Alpha in order to measure its reliability and also SPSS for the statistical analysis of the collected data. Throughout the analysis, the results indicated that verbal communication and non-verbal communication do have a significant relationship with decision-making skills among IIUM students.
