Based on the analysis of SPM Trial Examination for al-Quran and al-Sunnah subjects according to the three schools that took this subject, a total of 20 students failed in this subject. A strong argument why failure is because the subject of al-Quran and al-Sunnah uses Jawi writing. Through the observation of researchers, the use of Jawi writing is less cared and only taught formally in primary schools through the J-Qaf program while in secondary schools, it is only included in the subject of Islamic Education.
