| Summary: | يعتبر القرآن والسنة الأصلين الأساسيين المنظمين لشؤون الحياة عامة بما في ذلك الشؤون السياسية وأحكامها، لذلك كان تسليط الضوء على ما يخص الحصانة الدبلوماسية في الأصلين، وبيان أن السياسة الشرعية لها جانب مهم بينه الله تعالى وسنة النبي ﷺ وإن اختلفت الاصطلاحات المعاصرة عما في الكتاب والسنة النبوية، غير أن لهما السبق في بيان الأمان وأحكامه للرسل والسفارات والمرافقين وغيرها بأدلة واضحة وبراهين ساطعة وغير ذلك، أن الدبلوماسية في القرآن والسنة اهتمت بجانب مهم وهو الأخلاق في التعامل لأنها ربانية المصدر، وتطبيقها من النبي المعصوم ﷺ، وأن الأحداث السياسية المختلفة لها نظر في الأصلين يحتاج فقط إلى تحليل وتمحيص حتى يكون لها رأي شرعي واضح.
The Holy Quran and Sunnah are the two foundations that regulate the general life affairs including the aspects of politics and its rules. An aspect of this is the topic of diplomatic immunity and its place in the Holy Quran and Sunnah albeit the difference between the contemporary terminologies and terms used in the two sources. These sources had preceded in discussing the topis of security and the regulations that govern diplomatic missions, embassies, observers and others with ample evidence. Diplomacy in the Quran and Sunnah had focused on the importance of ethics in diplomatic relations as this practice is clearly indicated in the two sources awaiting to be developed into a comprehensive Islamic legal perspective. |
