This study utilizes the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall Model as its methodology. The methodology consists of five phases which are analysis, design, implementation, testing, and documentation. To evaluate the study, Functionality Testing and User Experience Test (UXT) have been conducted. Functionality testing have been used to ensure that every function in this mobile application is working well. The UXT aims to evaluate users’ experience while using the system and it was performed with XX participants. UXT focuses on the attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation and novelty of a system. In conclusion, this research and development has achieved its objectives which are designing, developing, and evaluating a web-based blood donation management with rewards system.
