This study aimed to assess resident satisfaction with strata residence facilities. The research design employed a quantitative research method, involving the administration of questionnaires to gather the required data from residents. The findings of the research indicate that enhancing the satisfaction of strata residents is achievable through a comprehensive understanding of their expectations, identification of areas within service delivery requiring improvement, and subsequent implementation of appropriate changes. Management corporations could identify areas of service delivery that needed improvement and make changes to enhance the satisfaction of strata residents.
