Foreign workers Training need analysis is the method of determining if training need exist and if not, what training is required to fill the gap and the factor that contribute to training implement. The purpose of this research study is determine relationship of each factor towards need of training and also to identify the most influence factor that affects the training need in estate. A survey of 108 workers was carried out in Espek Ladang Risda Serigala,Perak. The method were carried out was Simple Random Sampling (SRS). The independent variables were factor salary, job performance and skill towards the training need of the foreign workers to enhance the productivity. The dependent variable that involve in this study was training need. From the Correlation Coefficient the job performance (0.298) and skills (0.149) has directly affect towards the training need. However, the salary is not directly affect towards the training need (-0.127). The regression result for most influence factor of training need analysis of foreign workers to enhance the productivity is job performance (0.306). As a conclusion, the factor job performance and skills have the positive relationship toward training need. Salary has the negative relationship towards training need. The most dominant factor goes to the job performance. For the recommendation, the further studies can be carried out and conducted to the all general workers to seek if there any similarities or differences with training need analysis in this research study because this study only focuses on the foreign workers.
