Due to that failure of getting to know the Federal Constitution, our people become unaware of their obligations and restrictions that the law has imposed onto them by which they tend to developed a trend of "I don't care, it's not my problem"or"I honestly do not know that such laws were even exist!". This trend is described as an ignorance to the law.Ignorance to the laws especially to the Federal Constitution will make the people begin to shut their eyes and ears of from the imposition of the laws. The consequence of that attitude will further develop into actions that has the tendency of breaching the content of the written constitution. As a result of the consequence mentioned above, the idea of introducing the Federal Constitution as a subject in secondary school syllabus has being brought up by many statesmans and NGOs in the recent years.Thus, this research is put forward with the aim of studying the relevance behind the idea. This paper has four chapters which is the introduction, the academic reviews, the findings from the fieldwork conducted and lastly the conclusion. This paper has conducted a survey consisting of secondary school students and teachers and interviews with the principals of targeted shools, lawyers and a few NGOs representatives.
