With this system, the process to help the employers choose the applicant is called filtering technique. This system can help the employers filter the applicant based on their age, education, experience, gender and licenses type. The evaluation of the system start once the development of the system has been completed. The purpose of system evaluation is to know whether the system fulfil the requirements of the users or not. The system was tested by the developer of the system and a tester at the first place. Then the system was evaluated by the experts and users. This system develop using waterfall model. Based on the overall result, researcher get highest mean is 4.43 (SD=0.78).
