Summary:Competition between bakery industries in Malaysia is more prominent than expected. Many bakeries or cafes try their best to present their products and bake their products using the best ingredients. In this case study, Shahzin Bakery & Café was selected to be the company references. Shahzin Bakery & Café produces many kinds of pastries, cakes, cookies, and bread. Shahzin Bakery & Café already in this industry for about six years, and the name itself is a combination of the owner name and her husband. They start their business with a modal RM 50 000 without using a loan and now have five employees. The target market of Shahzin Bakery & Café is between 15 to 50 years old people. It is a beneficial target as the location is very strategic where near residential areas, so it is easier for people with a family to reach this bakery. The projection of Shahzin Bakery & Café is expanding the business to a whole new level, such as to be a supplier for biscuits to Singapore and to be well-known there. Shahzin Bakery & Café's competitive advantage is known for treating the customer with friendliness and the cute packaging for cookies with many sizes that we can choose not to forget they also served their food with good quality of ingredient and affordable price.
