An opportunity has given to fulfil an internship at Landseal Sdn.Bhd. Landseal is a company that specialyse in conducting waterproofing works. Decades of experience of the founder himself, Dr. Radha Krishnan, has brought him to start a foundation of waterproofing company known as Landseal Sdn. Bhd. Along the years, the company itself has working hand-in-hand with suppliers that continuously supplying waterproofing material over decades, such as Greenseal Products (M) Sdn. Bhd. Over 300 successful projects have recorded eversince its foundation. The staffs as well play an important roles in building the company. The method statement on how to apply the waterproofing materials is the keyto a successful waterproofing system. Therefore, a supervisor needs to fully understand the application instruction. As stated in the catalogue for reference, a brief on where is suitable for a certain materials, depending on the surface condition, requirement and function. There are various of waterproofing system are to choose from. As first task given by the supervisor, Mr.Yusri Bin Haron, a supervision by a trainee supervisor is required at a case study of construction of Audi Showroom in Setia Alam. Progression are to be made and recorded in daily report for future reference, including photos as proofs. A couple of materials are used for internal and external areas. According to architectural plans given by the main contractor, Barcon Industry Sdn.Bhd., there are 2 floors AND 2 mezzanines, 1 rooftop and 1 basement. As others as well, the problems throughout the internship has been stated and analysed to come out with recommendations. Every chapters encounter with either lack of information, boundaries or limitations in order to gather sources for the report. Therefore, to complete the report, solutions are figured out.
