The practical tittle that I choose is how the construction process of Perumahan Rakyat Miskin Tegar Project (PPRT) to be done. This case study is to make this practical training report based on experience that review on this construction project along the 2 months in this company. For the format of practical training report are divided into several sections, which are company background, case study background, comment, suggestion, recommendation and conclusion. Based onthis experience either on site or in the office, the condition report on this construction project is complicated especially during on site, there are many of obstacles that interfere our survey during on site such as unpredictable weather and the disruption by society which trying to capitalize during survey. However, it is not too hard to make record and understood. There are many methods and process to do condition report for this construction and it is up to the client need or the company’s format. In conclusion, construction project gives impact on our profession, the construction project of building has proved highly effective in improving maintenance.
