In car rental services, maintenance plays an important role to ensure the quality of the business. When providing a service to a customer, quality of the car must be maintained before delivering it to the customer. In addition, the maintenance expenses are recorded on paper. To assist, a web-based system is developed for AZ Easy Travel & Tours Sdn. Bhd to track maintenance and maintenance expenses. The system will record and produce a visual representation on the maintenance expenses of each car and use the information as a base for any strategic decisions especially for budget estimation on maintenance expenses. This project uses a Waterfall model to develop with four phases of requirements gathering, requirements analysis, design and implementation. The Waterfall Model is suitable for beginner developers since it is easy to understand and Implement. The web-based system focused on managing the maintenance and maintenance expenses by the staff. With the web system, AZ Easy Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd is now able to minimize the effort for the staff in terms of managing the maintenance and maintenance expenses information.
