A total of three questionnaires (Motorcycle Rider Behavior Questionnaire, Stress scale questionnaire and Big Five-neurotic questionnaire) were distributed to the participants and audiometry test was conducted to measure the hearing health of the motorcyclists. One-way anova, exploratory analysis and comparing means of the objectives were conducted to prove the hypothesis. There is a significance between stress and neurotic personality trait. For auditory health effect of the respondents, the results were plotted with three different groups: hearing impairment, hearing affected at high frequency and normal hearing level. The effects of hearing impairment elaborated. The motorcycle rider behavior questionnaires: 48items were being explored and divided into six factors by using principal axis factoring and varimax rotation. The result were then being compared with the stress and neurotic personality trait to determine any significant value of the result.
