The product to be developed is a smart glasses. Due to the rise of new communication and information, technologies have tremendously influenced how individuals communicate and how companies interact with consumers. Nowadays, consumers are always and everywhere online. With social media platforms, consumers have the opportunity to construct an online identity and even escape from the 'real word' into their own virtual world.
