Tiny Delight Bakery Sdn. Bhd. is a new company that operated in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. It is the first company that is managed by bumiputra. The name of this company is come out of the imagination of the partnership members. It shows that how we are positioning our products in customer’s minds until they can remember our company’s name, simple and easy to pronounce. As for the business, we are providing special and delicious macarons for the citizen at Kota Bharu. As we go thru with the changes in the environment, people nowadays don’t put on simple food in their daily meals. So, our surveying we conclude that we are going to provide Malaysia with the simple and special macaroon, that is well in high product’s quality. We are starting the business with a total capital of RM 50,000 which is consists of five partners. We have five, workers that are general manager, administration manager, operational manager, marketing manager, and financial manager. Our market target of customers come from all income level and all of the customer’s level of ages. Even children also can effort to buy our products. A business plan is necessary for all entrepreneurs. It is prepared for a group of people which are owners themselves, bankers, supplies, customers, and employees. This plan includes in the Business Plan chapter which is consists of marketing, operation, organization, and financial plan. We believe that will be able to achieve our business goal with our business financial position statement. We will get our return modal within a short time and our current ratio will cover our liabilities and put our business in the comfort stage with the highest.
