What kind of programme can be implemented? How far is the teacher play a vital role in making the students realize the good things about the library? This study will try to reveal the answers to these questions. The findings of the study will help the researcher to find solutions and suggest recommendations in helping to improvise the library in schools in order to attract students to go to the library and perhaps giving them some guidance on how to fully utilized it.
