Summary:Heritage building is the evidence of the past that give people acknowledge and understand of the shared history past by past and time by time. With the marks and a building's special architectural and historic interest, it does bring the consideration of the planning system so that some thought will be taken about its future. People coming with differently times by times and almost everyone will be temporarily or permanently impaired at some point in life, and those who survive to old age will experience increasing difficulties in functioning. Most extended families have a disabled member, and many non-disabled people take responsibility for supporting and caring for their relatives and friends with disabilities. Heritage building should be accessible to everyone, including people with mobility or sensory impairments, the elderly, parents with small children and anyone who is temporarily disabled as a result of illness or injury. The word “access” is widely interpreted to include access to and within any building or site, access to all facilities and services and to any information. Providing access to buildings for people with disabilities is required
