| Summary: | To start all the building work carried out should meet current building codes and regulation requirements. Building Control Service ensures that buildings are designed and constructed in accordance with the Building Regulations and associated legislation. The case study that I have been chosen was the process and action on buildings without the approval of the Ipoh City Council. To establish a building, the applicant shall submit the plan and follow all procedures required by any law and Street, Drainage and Building (Act 133). The authorities will take action if found any building start or establish building without approval. |
