The aim of this project is to identify the method and criteria for evaluation of turnkey projects which are widely applied in Malaysia based on the Accelerated Implementation System (AIS). The entire evaluation procedure taken is for a campus development based on ITM Cawangan Johor, Segamat and ITM Cawangan Pahang, Jengka. To achieve this, we had made study on two present running turnkey projects undertaken by JKR for ITM. Interviews were held with professionals involve in Turnkey Evaluation process at Bahagian Pembangunan dan Penyelenggaraan, ITm dan Jabatan Kerja Raya. It is also the aim of this study to highlight the methodology involved in project evaluation and to highlight the pitfalls of Turnkey projects.
