Summary:Our study at Putrajaya Holdings is covers many topics in inspecting one building. Each group of five will find a case study and get information for each sub- topics in the content given perfectly with the cooperation from the certain organization. This study was designed to see how to managing a high rise building with fully of systems. Our project is at Putrajaya with permission from property of Putrajaya Holdings. This study identified building background and process in managing the maintenance work in building. Maintenance work was organized by KFM Holdings SDN BHD and being responsible to manage about maintenance in building with helps from sub-contractor. Building design also related with our case study where the design show as Putrajaya Holdings use a green building design. Condition assessment of the building is synonym as our study at UITM because we assigned to do a survey to this building for research there are has defect in the building. From our observation, this building condition still in good condition because this building is the new building and the age of this building almost 3 years. Tenancy of this building not too many because only 41% tenant in this building. Financial management is including with our assignment project which is show how to manage finance in every aspect in building. As a conclusion, problem that has in this building is minor such as work order not follow the time. This buildings follow all the requirement from local authority.
