Total quality management in higher education Melaka This is an extension of Teaching File of lecturers in UiTM that enforced by Internal Audit of UiTM which can be referred to the form (UiTM/Borang Pengesahan Fail Kursus-OBE/Kel.OI-Pin.OO) dated on 1 January 2011. The main purpose is to have a proper documented file in order to make sure the students will never miss out any important information updates related to the subject taken for each semester. In addition, this documented file can be a mini project for the students and each of the students will be given appropriate marks in order to encourage them to have the file. Moreover, all assignments/ tutorials can be sub¬ mitted together with this file. It has been implemented on a few groups of students for the subject Fundamental of Marketing in UiTM Alor Gajah, Melaka. This invention would hopefully contribute to higher institutions of learning on finding ways to increase the student learning efficiencies.
