Summary: | The researcher was decided to conduct a research on "The Relationship between Job Stress and Job Performance" among the employees at Pejabat Tanah dan Jajahan in Kelantan. This study aims to find out whether the factors of job stress which are workload, job control and relationship with colleague bring negative impact on job performance among the employees of Pejabat Tanah dan Jajahan in Kelantan. This section was discussed briefly on the background of the proposed study which includes statement of the problem, research objectives, research questions, research hypothesis and significance of the study. Besides that, limitation and scope of the study also being review in completing this study. |
