Summary:Every year, the number of buildings being constructed increased. This will contribute to increasing in construction industry. However construction industry can be consider as one of the most dangerous industry sectors. The statistic show that construction industry is the largest contributor in fatal injuries. This show that safety management on site did not implemented systematically. The aim of this study is to emphases on factor that affect improper safety management and current practice of construction safety management in construction industry. The analysis of data will be collect by using questionnaire via google form. This study also will emphasize on recommendation to improve safety management in construction site
