The results indicate that leadership's effect on performance is not significant, workload's effect on performance is significant, motivation's effect on performance is significant, the effect of leadership on motivation is significant, the effect of workload on motivation is significant, motivation as a mediator variable acts as mediation on the effect of leadership on performance, and motivation as a mediator variable doesn't act as mediation on the effect of workload on performance.
