The internship report includes a thorough review of my experience during internship, business insights, beneficial training, a SWOT analysis, and a closing point of view. The student profile, in particular, presents my overview of my educational background, skills, and relevant experiences. I had the honor of working for Steelcase Manufacturing (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd during my internship. My report provides information about the company's background, mission, vision, core values, products offered and organizational structure. The section on training reflections documents the deeper details about my internship experience. The department I was placed in, tasks and projects I was assigned, and gains of intrinsic and extrinsic received throughout the journey are all included in my reflection. A key component of the study is the thorough SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis, which concentrates on assessing the internal structure and external environment of the firm. The research highlights the company's assets, like a commitment towards talent management activities and employee experience, which support its competitive advantage. It also draws attention to flaws that prevent optimum performance, such as the utilization of traditional record keeping and low employee awareness on attendance policies. The SWOT analysis also shows the company's prospects for development and success, such as those related to skilful employees and the increment of retention rate. However, it also draws attention to possible challenges that the business must proactively counter, such as data loss and damage, and workplace disruption. The recommendations resulting from this SWOT analysis offer insightful ways to take advantage of opportunities and reduce possible risks, assisting the business in making strategic decisions and promoting long¬ term success as a result, both my personal and professional growth have been positively affected by my internship experience. This internship had a significant impact on how I wanted to pursue my career and gave me invaluable industry expertise, which is acknowledged in the report
