The necessity of women having a strong understanding of digital technology is a strategic problem that should be considered in light of its impact, which has the potential to exacerbate the existing disparity between men and women. This applies to Indonesian women as well. Recent research has indicated that the digital revolution has worsened gender inequality. Rural women suffer considerably more. Theoretical and empirical calculations reveal that this state threatens the effectiveness of strategic goals like democratization towards consolidation, national development, and international agendas like the SDGs. This study will focus on Indonesian women's digital literacy challenges. This work uses theory-driven approach. The data was gathered after a comprehensive meta-analysis of several relevant studies. This study, unlike others, will also analyze the experiences of several nations that have faced comparable difficulties and successfully overcome the problems, and how they may be used in Indonesia.
