We use long-slit along different direction of our sample to study the kinematic properties of the warm molecular gas within the inner region of Arp 220. We find the observed position-velocity (PV) diagram for this galaxy from its emission line. The major part of the molecular gas in Arp 220 was located mainly in the east and west nucleus.
