The modeling of human activities and behaviors became more challenging when human is subject to emotional stress. This is because emotional stress will affect human behavioral, physical and mental activities. In this paper, we review the protocols adopted to induce and study human emotions. The review covers the methodology used and provides critical evaluation of those methods.
