Description
Summary:This project relates to sorting of waste material for recycling, and in particular to design an automated system for distinguishing household waste objects in order to separate them from other types of waste. The project focuses on thorough analyze the properties of household waste materials. The method that choose are capacitive sensor. The readings taken at the three different sensor drive frequency to collected the different reading for each materials. Three material been taken to separate the materials using the selected method. The capacitance based, object penetrating, material type identification is targeted for use in this project. Output capacitance sensor are in analog value. The data demonstrate that the information from the sensor is enough to recognize the materials that have been selected.
